Most of the preparation, yes. Record retrieval, verification, document drafting, fee calculation and appointment booking do not require you to be in India. What remains is the part the law requires you to attend in person.
It depends on the condition of the records. A clean record moves quickly; a forty-year-old one with a name mismatch does not. We give you a timeline in writing with your quote, and tell you promptly if it slips.
Typically the sale deed or will, the previous patta copy, identity proof, and for inherited land a death certificate and legal heir certificate. Send what you have — a partial set is enough to begin the assessment.
Registration at the sub-registrar office, biometric and photo capture where mandated, and any signature the law requires in person. In some cases a properly scoped Power of Attorney removes even these — we will tell you honestly whether yours qualifies.

We do not publish per-service prices, because the same certificate is a different job against a clean record than a disputed one. You get a written scope, timeline and fixed price before anything is charged. The assessment is free, and if the case cannot be done you pay nothing.
No. e-Sevai4NRI is a private facilitation service. Official transactions are executed through a TNeGA-authorized e-Sevai centre. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of TNeGA, the Tamil Nadu Registration Department, or any government body.
We identify them early and prepare the correction before you travel, which is the entire point of doing this in advance. If a discrepancy points to a title dispute or contested succession, you need an advocate rather than us, and we will say so.
